fantastic weekend with the boys dell'aplinismo youth rising the peak of Gan Paradiso 4061 mt. All really good ...

Day 1: Val d'Aosta, Vasavaranche, the resort Pravieux (1834 m), a few kilometers downstream of Pont, the wide path after passing through a forest of larch trees to reach the pastures' Lavassey pasture (2194 m). [1h]
From here, after skirting the base of the Rocky Coast Savola, cross a stream and eventually earn a last tear Chabod Refuge (2750 m). [1:30 a.m.]

Day 2: From the refuge Chabod go up to the winter shelter. It ignores the path on the left (5A) and proceed to the right of the building, following the conduct water that continues into the valley from the glacier topped Montandayné. Continue south to easily touch the glacier moraine that separates from that of Laveciau. It is now continuing the steep ridge of the moraine until we reach the glacier Laveciau (1.30 hours). A stop to equip (rope, crampons, ...) and admire the massive and spectacular north wall of the Great crosses Paradiso.Si right and start climbing in the middle of the glacier Laveciau (crevasses on either side) until you reach a valley bordered by the crest on the right called "humpback" Moncorvè partition between the glaciers and climb the Laveciau.Si valley center, paying attention to cross crevasses, treacherous because not yet very visible until you reach the head with a rather steep section and connect with the normal path from the Rifugio Vittorio Emanuele II on the "donkey" (3700 m). Follow the easy off in a southeasterly direction, it soon reach the level of Colle della Becca Moncorvè. From here turn left and go up the last steep slope to the ridge overlooking the glacier terminal Tribolazione.Dopo of passing a stretch of rocky ridge and a short passage above, it reaches the statue placed on top of the Gran Paradiso (4061 m).
